As an USC member with L, XL or plus memebership, you can book this option! Check in required. For a full sequence, choose additionaly the USC+20 option. I aleways reerve 1 hours per massage - so you have the option, to choose extra time right at the place, too.

Urban Sports Club free flow for L,XL, plus

I always keep learning and as new movements and skills need some practice before they will be integrated in my flows, i am offering for friends (if you are not a friend yet, ask me about that option personally in appointement) the option to come and experience some new moves in exchange of giving feedback on them. This is not a complete massage flow, you should be open for practice and free of acute physical pain. Also, i will practice new moves, maybe those will not be at specific body parts you would like to focus on (in this case, book a flow with me, then i will help you here!) Looking forwards!

movement practice for friends

If you book through partner platforms like class pass or urban sports, they do only pay me 25 minutes per check in. This is pretty short and not ideal for a thai sequence.
Thus i offer you to gift yourself 20 minutes more - that can do wonders to make a short flow much more intense and add additional moves you will love!
